We hope you enjoy reading about our engaging and exciting curriculum .
We are now on to Cycle B of our 2-year curriculum cycle. As we continue to implement the new curriculum staff, and particularly subject leaders, are monitoring its impact and using their findings to further develop it; with the children's progress and enjoyment as the key drivers.
Teachers have continued to create learning opportunities that are engaging and inspiring and the children have been involved in a number of enrichment activities already this term, which included: trips to Tatton Park, multi-faith weeks which included a trip for Y5 and Y6 to a local mosque and a trip for Y3 and Y4 to a Jewish Primary School in Manchester.
Cycle A was reviewed in detail at the end of the summer term 2015. The teachers and subject leaders used this as an opportunity to gain insight in to how they would like to develop the curriculum in the future and also to inform their future plans for their subject.
