Anti-bullying workshop as part of anti-bullying week.
Geography Week- Fieldwork (Focus on sketch maps)
We followed maps of our local area and plotted a route from school to the fire station. We noted any public buildings that we passed on our walk and when we returned to school, we found the Ordinance survey symbol for them and plotted them onto our maps.
African Drumming Workshop

We had a great PE lesson involving all kinds of watery challenges! We were very wet at the end but we had a fantastic time!

Spelling Shed
Here at St Joseph's we have purchased a new spelling scheme. The details of how it works are attached for your convenience. The children all have a log in (in their Reading Record) The spellings will run from Friday-Friday. There will be a traditional test on the Friday where children can demonstrate their knowledge of the words and the pattern focused on during the week.
